"My Floating Experience"
I began to float, had no clue I could pull that off... was at Phonica when it went down, so definitely 5 stars! Didn't grab anything since I was more focused on the otherworldly vibes that lifted me, but they've got an awesome range! I'll return once I figure out how to control this energy.

"Received the incorrect item after ordering online..."
I ordered online and ended up with the wrong record. Tried reaching out to customer service through email, but got no reply. Same story when I called. Sent another email, and this time I got a reply that was just plain confusing and kinda rude. They didn’t offer to swap it for the record I actually wanted, and my follow-up emails went unanswered. Absolutely terrible service. Seriously, steer clear of this place.

"Unhelpful staff and no solutions!"
What a dreadful experience! The staff were quite rude. If you're in London and looking to feel anxious, swing by Phonica and grab a 'new' record that’s got some scratches on it. When I asked for a replacement, they said they were out of stock and couldn’t give me a refund due to their company rules. So, I ended up taking home a scratched record with no refund or discount. I'm really let down by this store and its employees.

"The ultimate record store around!"
Phonica is my go-to spot in London whenever I swing by from New York. I’ve hit up record shops all over the world, and this one takes the cake. The music collection is well-curated and extensive, the staff know their stuff and are super helpful, and the other goodies like books and merch are pretty awesome, too. You definitely gotta check it out if you’re in London!

"The top record store in London..."
This place remains the top spot in London for all things House, Techno, Disco, Electronica, and more, plus they've got a massive collection of past releases. The staff really know their stuff, and there are plenty of listening stations with turntables and iPads to assist you in discovering what you need. They've also got a solid range of merch. Definitely worth a visit!

When you're in Soho and on the hunt for records, you absolutely gotta check out Phonica. They have an amazing selection of vinyl, the team is super friendly and ready to help, and the atmosphere of the shop is just awesome.

Awesome shop with fantastic staff! I've been visiting for several years and the selection of music is consistently excellent! Simon, the owner, knows his stuff and is super friendly.
